Christian Education/Formation
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God… Romans 12:2
Christian Formation is a life-long learning process in which we are gradually transformed into the people God wants us to be. By engaging our minds in learning and thinking we begin to discern God’s desires for our lives. We delight God when we draw closer and when we read out to our companions along the way—sharing the gifts which God has given us and making a different in our community and the world.
Formation is a journey and there is always more to consider, more to learn from one another, more to glean from books and teachers of the faith. You are encouraged to take advantage of classes, retreats, small groups, and other resources.
