Youth Groups

Trinity’s Youth Ministry strives to develop a supportive and fun youth community to give youth the strength to hold their faith in God, become leaders in the church, and love and serve one another so they can love and serve God’s world.

Fun Stars is a fun ministry for children in second and third grade. It provides them with an opportunity to be with their peers in a social atmosphere. Fun Stars meet outside of the regular Sunday school class every other month during the school year to provide time together in a relaxed, informal setting. We spend time doing fun activities and also participate in community service projects.

Club 45 is a ministry for preteens in 4th and 5th grades.  It is designed to meet the changing needs of this group of youth who want something different from younger children but who are not ready for youth ministry.  Club 45 helps to bridge the gap that preteens feel as they transition from their elementary to teenage years.  Our time together will include fun-filled events such as skating and movie-going and will also include community service projects that make a difference in the lives of others. Meetings are normally the third Sunday of the month.

Junior & Senior Youth Groups - The junior and senior youth groups give youth in grades 6 - 12 a chance to make friends and have fun together in a safe, Christian environment which allows them to explore their faith and ways they can provide service to the community.  The Senior Youth Group, for those youth in high school, meets on the first Sunday of the month; the Junior Youth Group, for those youth in middle school meets on the second Sunday each month.  Both groups will meet together on the fourth Sunday of each month.  All meetings, unless otherwise specified, are from 12:15 – 2:30 p.m. and take place in Jamison Hall.

Youth Ministry Team

Our Youth Group is growing!  Adult volunteers are needed to help with running youth group meetings, to mentor youth, and to chaperone youth activities.  Our youth need and deserve the time and mentoring of Christian adults who care about them and their futures.  Won’t you show your support for Trinity’s youth by applying to be a member of our Youth Ministry Team?  An application may be found here.  If you have any questions please contact Sam Burton
